The Nsukka Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NSCCIMA) was fully incorporated in Nigeria in January 2014 under the Company and allied matters Degree 2000 to serve as the representative organ of the business community and the voice of the Organized Private Sector (OPS) in NSUKKA Zone of Enugu state and Nigeria in general. NSCCIMA was officially inaugurated on November, 6th 2016 at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Membership is open to any individual or organization engage in genuine business activities anywhere in Nigeria.
The Public Presentation of Nsukka investment and Economic Development Blueprint. The Blueprint is a Flagship project of Nsukka Chamber of Commerce & Industry & was conceived as a compendium of Business and Investment opportunities and potentials in Nsukka cultural zone, Enugu State. It will serve as a veritable resource document for Angel investors, venture capitalist organizations, individual investors, Entrepreneurs, business or academic researchers, international donor agencies and development partners. The presentation will hold on Wednesday 5th October, 2022 @ Niger Hall, CEC, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. You are invited.
Objectives of the Chamber
- To promote and stimulate the establishment and growth of Micro, Small and Medium Scale Business in Nsukka zone, Enugu State and Nigeria so as to grow our economy and empower our people
- To organize annual made in Nigeria Trade Fairs/ Sales Exhibitions and other specialized fairs e.g. agricultural trade fairs, Christmas fairs. Etc.
- To facilitate the establishment of small scale industrial clusters in Nsukkaand EnuguState.
- To organize entrepreneurship skills development workshops/seminars for youths
- Increase the capacity of existing enterprise through linkage to local and foreign investment opportunities.
- Organize a bi- annual trade missions to oversea countries for members to network with foreign companies toward attracting foreign investment/partnership opportunities in our area of jurisdiction for rapid urbanization of Nsukka and its surrounding.
